Here's the link: http://bryanlewissaunders.org/drugs/

The short of it is that he got high with 30 different drugs and attempted a self portrait while under their individual influences.

I think he gave his artistic expression too much freedom. I think it would have been more telling if he tried to paint the exact thing in repetition. Here we get not only the effects of the drugs, but also intentional changes of expression. Worse, expression under the influence of drugs.

Yea, First he says he took a different drug every day. Thats crap. In the first place many of the drugs he describes have after effects longer than 24 hours. If he wanted a pure experience he shouldn't be mixing. And besides that many more of those drugs take a while to build up in the body and be effective. Besides that most of his drawings look suspiciously like what the drug is typically described as from a senses point of view. I'm just not buying he took a drug a day and drew those, not to mention he puts in his opening statement that he "suffered mild brain damage that wasn't irreparable"??? double negative?? Id say  Smile
